About Warranty and Return


Provided that they are undamaged, clean and not repaired, you may send the product/products for replacement with its accessories, if any gifts and if any its box (undamaged) within 7 days at the latest (for evening dresses, the return and replacement is made if the product is shipped within 24 hours after the delivery) by fully filling in the replacement form behind the invoice sent with the product and including both copies of the invoices via the courier company delivering the products (MNG cargo) as a counter-payment shipment. All courier costs for replacements (except for promotional products) shall be paid by our company.

When making replacements, do not place a new order or call our company to request for product booking. If the product that you request is available in our stocks, the replacement shall take place and the new product/products shall be shipped to your address within 48 hours after the product that you have sent for replacement is received by us. If the product that you request is not available in our stocks, then you shall receive a call from customer service and the product shall be replaced with another product or returned.
Return and replacement of our design and evening wear products shall be accepted if they are shipped back within the same day of delivery.
You shall be informed by a text message when your product is replaced and shipped via courier.

NOTE: If you send the product/products in a used and unsaleable condition and in a damaged box (if any) after 7 days or if you do not include both copies of its invoice, its accessories or gifts (if any); the product/products shall not be accepted and sent back to you as a counter-payment shipment (and you shall be notified by text message).
If you want to send the product/products for replacement via courier company other than our contractual courier companies, you shall pay the shipping cost. Otherwise, the product shall not be accepted and returned to you.

Except for the promotional products, the shipping cost of the replacements shall be covered by us. A product may only be replaced once. If you request a second replacement, the product shall be returned.

The return period for any saleable product that you want to return is 7 days from the date of delivery. The returned products should have an undamaged package, should not be used, should not be damaged by the customer and should be in a saleable condition.
The evening dresses may only be returned if they are sent back on the day of delivery.
The promotional products may not be returned.
The returns made after the expiry of the return period shall not be accepted.
The order may not be canceled after the order is shipped. Conditions of return shall apply to the shipped orders.

The product to be returned shall be sent with both copies of its invoice, its original package and box, all of its accessories and by fully filling in and signing the return form behind its invoice, and if you have made your payment via wire transfer or cash on delivery method, including your or a family member's bank account information (name of the account holder, bank account number, name of the bank, name or code of the bank branch) as well as IBAN info in order to complete your return transaction quickly (pursuant to Tax Procedure Law no. 385, in order to carry out the return transaction, the return form should be filled in and signed) via MNG courier company as a counter-payment shipment without paying any shipment fee.
Once the returned products reach our warehouse, it shall be checked if they with the return conditions; and the price of the returned product/products shall be refunded to your credit card deducting the shipment cost. However, if you have bought the product in installments, the refund shall be made by your bank in installments. For the return of the products bought cash on delivery, the normal return conditions specified above shall apply. If the product has no defect, the price of the returned product shall be refunded by deducting the Cash on Delivery Service fee and shipment cost from the total amount paid for the purchase. The price of the product shall be refunded after the delivery of the product/products returned to our warehouse and on condition that they comply with return conditions.
